Solar Financing - Closed Transaction

I would like to announce that The Redstone Company has successfully closed its first non-dilutive financing for a client. Through this transaction, a confidential utility client has been able to leverage a 600 kW fully-contracted rooftop solar project to provide growth equity in its renewable energy business.

The Redstone Company acted as financial advisor to this client, completing financial analysis and due diligence, and running an RFP with multiple potential financing partners to select the best source of financing for the client’s needs.
